When I first saw this PJ set pop up on my tik tok i was so so excited to buy it. When it came it looked great, however the shorts were quite see through.. I cold washed and hung them out to dry it as per the instructions and the shorts shrank and curled in at the edges making it too tight and unwearable. The lace also started to come undone.
I immediately emailed and had a swift reply, I sent photos and videos of the issues and was told I would be sent another pair of shorts. This was over a month ago, I have followed up with 4 emails and haven’t heard anything. This is really poor to say you will replace the shorts and then never contact me again. I feel very ripped off.
I will not be purchasing from this label again purely due to the lack of customer service and that the product I received didn’t even last 1 wash. I will also be warning others to not buy from this label. I hate to be that type of customer but I now have a set of PJs that I have paid full price for and cannot wear. I would love to send it all back and get a refund or actually be sent the replacement shorts I was promised. One upset and unhappy customer…
